What are the steps after we fill out the form?
Once you complete the form, you will receive an email within three business days. Following that, we will schedule a time for a phone call, which will allow us to establish rapport and discuss important details such as exceptions, dates, times, locations, and more. After our conversation, we will send you a contract and an invoice for the retainer fee. You can expect to hear from us one week prior to your big day, as well as on the morning of the day before we meet.
We don't have a set date yet, can we still message you?
Of course! While we do not hold dates, we can certainly inform you about the availability of the dates you are interested in and address any questions you may have in advance. Please feel free to email or call us as often as you like.
Are the travel fees included in your services?
For all visitors and local families, we do not impose any travel fees. However, if we are requested to participate in a trip, cruise, or visit locations that are two hours outside of Orlando, travel fees will apply.
