Theme Parks
We completely understand the significant amount of time and effort that goes into planning a day at the parks! It can indeed be quite a challenge, but the good news is that an extra set of hands can make the experience much smoother and more enjoyable. We are here to assist with everything from pushing strollers to keeping the little ones entertained while the older kids enjoy rides with you. This way, everyone can fully embrace the incredible fun you have worked so hard to create!

Are you in need of shopping assistance or support during your stay at the hotel? We are here to ensure that your pool day, exploring, or night out is enjoyable and hassle-free! Additionally, we can guide you in exploring local stores, allowing you to find that perfect souvenir for your parents that you've been eager to discover. Let’s work together to create an unforgettable day for you!

PRICING
Theme Park and Resort:
$35/hr for 1 child
$40/hr for 2 children
$10/hr per additional child
Orlando Resident Childcare (in-home):
$30/hr for 1-2 children
$10/hr per additional child
Pet Care:
$25/hr for 1-2 pets
$10/hr per additional pet
$15/hr holiday surcharge for services scheduled on the following holidays:
Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
$10/hr surcharge for the hours between 12am and 8am
FAQ
How long does it take to hear back after we fill out a form?
You can expect a response from us within 72 hours. If you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please do not hesitate to reach out via email or phone through our contact page.
Do I have to pay for my nanny to get into the parks?
Nannies will receive annual passes for Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld. For any other theme parks in the Orlando area, a ticket will need to be provided for the nanny.
What is your canceltation policy?
Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to your event date will result in a full refund of your retainer payment. However, cancellations made within 30 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. If you need to postpone or change your event date for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee the availability of the new date.
How do you pick your nannies?
We thoroughly vet all of our nannies and their qualifications. Each nanny undergoes a comprehensive background check and is CPR certified. This process ensures that your children receive the highest quality of care.
Do we have to pay for parking?
If the nanny has to pay for parking, yes. Families are responsible for reimbursing all reasonable and documented parking expenses incurred by the nanny. Payment requests will be submitted through our invoice system.
What happens if my child is sick?
If your child exhibits any signs of illness, it is imperative that you cancel your booking before the nanny's arrival.
Are you affiliated with any theme parks or hotels?
We would like to clarify that we are not affiliated with any theme parks or hotels. Our primary goal is to make your trip as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Once you have completed the form, you will receive a confirmation email within three business days. Subsequently, we will arrange a phone call to establish rapport and discuss essential details such as exceptions, dates, times, locations, and more.
2. Sign Contract
After our discussion, we will provide you with a contract and an invoice for the retainer fee.
3. Week Out Check-In
You can anticipate hearing from us one week prior to your significant day to go over important details such as times, locations, and any additional information.
4. The Big Day
On the morning of, we will also check in to confirm the location and time, ensuring that everything is in order for all parties involved.
